Product Availability:
All wallpapers are in stock and available for immediate delivery. We make every effort to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Allow for holidays and weekends.
Please order a sample and ensure you are happy with the product before you order, as we do not accept returns on wallpaper or samples.
If your order has not yet been shipped to you, you can cancel or change your order.

U.S. customers:
Please note that all duty and taxes are already paid on wallpaper deliveries.
International Customers:
You will be responsible for any local duty and taxes on delivery of your order.
Delivery Methods:
Deliveries will be by Postal Service or UPS (or similar courier) depending on the size or value of your order.
Delivery Times:
Xpresspost (Canada Post) is a 4 – 6 business day delivery to most parts of Canada and the USA.
UPS deliveries are usually sent by Standard (ground) service, but Expedited (2 Day) and Express (overnight) are upgrade options, by quotation.
Most delivery times (UPS or Canada Post) are guaranteed except for delays caused by Customs, bad weather or labour strikes. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit.
Signature Required
Most deliveries require a signature. Ensure the shipping address is where someone can receive and sign for the delivery.
We cannot send orders out with instructions such as “leave on front porch”.
We do not deliver to an unoccupied construction or renovation worksite.
Undeliverable shipments:
If you are away (eg. on vacation) when delivery is attempted, then the goods will be returned to us after several unsuccessful attempts. You would be liable for the cost of return shipping to us, and re-delivery to you. Plan and let us know if you will be away.
Replacement Orders:
If for any reason your shipment is delayed in transit, we cannot issue replacement goods until the U.S. Postal Service, Canada Post or the courier company has undertaken a full trace.
Delivery Rates for all Wallpapers:
Delivery for 2 rolls (Minimum Order): $45.
Each additional roll: add $6.
for up to 24 rolls in total.
